7325 Belle Meade — waterfront estate, South Florida

From the Studio

Landmark spaces, hotel light, and architecture for its own sake.

The past few months have been some of the most varied of my career. Two landmark productions anchored them: the final delivery on 7325 Belle Meade, a modern waterfront estate whose indoor-outdoor architecture demanded a full day of aerial and multi-strobe interior work, and a complete visual asset refresh for the Bentley Hilton South Beach — shooting rooms, suites, penthouse, and beachfront from first light through evening atmosphere.

In between those commissions I found myself with a free afternoon in Mexico City and another in Los Angeles. Both ended up producing work I'm genuinely proud of. The Biblioteca Vasconcelos and the Getty Center are two of the most photographically demanding buildings I've encountered. Neither was a commission. Both made it into the Journal.

Summer production windows are now open. If you have a listing, a hotel refresh, or a brand project in the pipeline, this is the right moment to lock in timing before August fills.

A Small Favor

If the work has made an impression, a review goes a long way.

Word of mouth is how most of our best work finds us. A Google review — even a short one — helps other architects, developers, and hoteliers find the studio when it matters most.
