Overview
Cudmore Builders commissioned Philippe Lasry Photography to document 7307 Sedona Way upon completion — a newly built luxury residence in Boca Raton that represents the builder's approach to high-specification construction and interior finish quality. San Deco USA, whose decorative wall finishes feature throughout the home, joined as a co-commissioning client to document the real-world application of their materials at the highest level.
The brief covered the full production package: architectural photography, cinematic video, and before-and-after documentation to show the transformation from construction phase to finished residence. The completed imagery serves both clients' portfolio and marketing needs.
The Property
The residence is defined by a layered material palette that moves between drama and restraint across its principal spaces. The double-height entry with its illuminated black staircase and star-point wall detail establishes the register immediately. The main living areas open through full-height black-frame glazing to the exterior, with a full-slab quartzite feature wall anchoring the fireplace and media wall.
San Deco USA's decorative plaster and textured wall finishes appear throughout — in the primary suite's hand-painted botanical mural wall, the sculptural relief panel in the dining area, and the layered plaster surfaces that give each room its tactile depth. These are materials that photograph differently from standard wall finishes, requiring careful light management to render their texture accurately.
Strategy & Execution
The photography was structured to serve two distinct client needs simultaneously. For Cudmore Builders, images needed to communicate construction quality, spatial scale, and overall design vision — the kind of portfolio imagery that wins the next project. For San Deco USA, the brief required close attention to surface texture and material character — compositions that show how their finishes behave in real light within a completed luxury home.
The cinematic video walkthrough provided both clients with a single high-production asset for digital marketing, social media, and client presentations — a cohesive narrative of the completed residence from entry through every principal space.
Before-and-after documentation completed the package, giving Cudmore Builders a compelling narrative of the build process from raw construction to finished delivery — a powerful tool for new client pitches and builder marketing.

From the grand entry through every principal suite, newly completed homes deserve photography that captures the full scope of the work. Let's plan your production.
Whether you're a developer showcasing a new build, a realtor marketing a luxury listing, or a homeowner documenting your dream home, photography like this is what sets properties apart.
