How long does a headshot session take?

Individual executive sessions typically take 20-30 minutes, including 2-3 look changes and multiple backgrounds. For team sessions, we schedule 10-15 minutes per person and can photograph 20-30 people in a half-day session.

What should I wear for a professional headshot?

We provide a detailed wardrobe guide during pre-production. Generally, solid colors work best. We recommend bringing 2-3 outfit options so we can select what looks best under our lighting and against your chosen background.

Can you come to our office?

Absolutely. Most corporate portrait sessions happen on-site at the client's office. We bring a complete portable studio (lights, backgrounds, and equipment) and can set up in a conference room, lobby, or any space with sufficient room.

How many retouched images do we receive?

Individual sessions typically include 3-5 retouched final images in multiple crops. Team sessions include 1-2 retouched images per person. Additional retouching is available upon request.

Can you match our existing team photo style?

Yes. If you have existing team photos that you'd like to maintain consistency with, we match the lighting, background, and crop style so new team members' photos integrate seamlessly.
