This waterfront residence demanded photography that conveyed the seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living. Every room opens to water views, tropical landscaping, or sun-drenched terraces, and the imagery needed to communicate that flow.
The property's developer needed a complete visual library: marketing assets for listings, editorial-quality images for design publications, and atmospheric shots that captured the lifestyle the home promises. The brief called for coverage of all living spaces, the pool and dock areas, architectural details, and aerial perspectives showing the property's waterfront position.
Each image needed to work both as standalone art and as part of a cohesive narrative about modern luxury living in South Florida.

The home's floor-to-ceiling glass walls are its defining feature, and its biggest photographic challenge. Balancing the intense South Florida sunlight streaming through expansive windows against the warm, curated interiors required precise timing and multiple exposure techniques.
The waterfront setting introduced its own variables: reflections off the canal, shifting cloud patterns, and the need to capture both the golden warmth of daytime and the clean architectural lines that emerge in softer light.
Coordinating drone flights for aerial coverage with optimal lighting conditions, while working around the property's landscaping and neighboring homes, demanded careful scheduling across multiple shooting windows throughout the day.

Walked the property at different times of day to map how natural light moved through each room. Identified the best windows for each space: morning light for the east-facing bedrooms, afternoon glow for the waterfront living areas, and golden hour for the pool deck and exterior shots.
Photographed each interior space with careful attention to the designer's material palette: the wood accent walls, statement lighting fixtures, curated art, and the way each room connects to the next. Multiple angles per room to capture both the details and the spatial flow.
Drone work captured the full scope of the property: the geometric roofline, the infinity pool's relationship to the canal, the dock, and the lush tropical landscaping. Ground-level exterior shots documented the outdoor living areas, covered patios, and the front entrance's architectural presence.

Philippe captured the soul of this home. The images don't just show rooms; they make you feel what it's like to wake up here, to watch the sunset from the pool deck, to live in a space where every detail was considered. That's exactly what sells a property like this.
