Audio Visual Group specializes in high-end audio-visual installations for corporate offices and luxury residential environments. Their projects include large-scale technology integrations such as video conferencing systems, digital displays, automation infrastructure, white noise systems, and distributed audio solutions.
They required consistent visual documentation of both in-progress and completed installations to support project planning, internal workflows, and marketing initiatives, across enterprise client environments including MSC Cruises, JM Family Enterprises, Coastal Waste & Recycling, Builders Capital, and HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.
The brief called for a single, repeatable production workflow that could be applied across very different corporate environments, and a final visual library that served both technical and marketing purposes simultaneously.

Each project environment presented unique operational constraints. Many installations were completed inside fully operational corporate offices, requiring production to be conducted without disrupting employees or daily business operations.
Lighting complexity was a recurring factor. Large glass surfaces, reflective materials, and floor-to-ceiling windows introduced challenges related to glare control, reflection management, and exposure balancing: all critical to capturing screens, video walls, and integrated displays without visible artifacting.
Project documentation needed to serve both technical and marketing purposes simultaneously, requiring imagery that was visually polished enough for sales decks and brand materials, while remaining functionally informative for project planners, estimators, and installation teams.

Matterport scanning was integrated as part of the workflow to support early-stage project planning and measurement processes. These spatial models provided data used for CAD takeoffs, estimating workflows, and installation planning before any equipment was specified or installed.
After install, captured editorial-grade architectural interiors of every AV-equipped space: conference rooms, boardrooms, lobbies, lounges, training rooms, and meeting environments. Equipment-focused imagery highlighted the AV infrastructure, while wider context shots captured branding elements and the integration of technology into the workspace.
Cinematic video walkthrough documentation captured the completed systems in operation: displays in use, video walls in motion, and the seamless integration of technology into modern office environments. The complete photo, video, and Matterport package was delivered within an average of 5 business days per project.

Philippe became part of our standard project workflow. The Matterport scans drive our CAD takeoffs and estimating, and the final photo and video deliverables are what we use to win new accounts. Twelve-plus projects in and counting, and the consistency across every site is exactly what a recurring partner needs.

Every install has a story. Let's tell yours with photography, video walkthroughs, and Matterport scans that drive both your sales pipeline and your CAD takeoffs.
