The Bentley Hilton South Beach required a refreshed visual asset library to elevate its online presence, support marketing initiatives, and improve guest engagement across digital platforms including booking websites and social media.
The property needed comprehensive coverage that captured the full guest experience (from the moment of arrival through every amenity, dining space, and room category) and produced to a standard that would compete with the best hospitality imagery in the South Beach market.
Every image needed to serve multiple purposes: website hero banners, OTA listing photos, social media content, and print marketing collateral, demanding versatility in composition and lighting across the entire library.


The project required complete visual coverage of an active hospitality property within a limited timeframe while maintaining guest operations. Constraints included limited access windows, multiple environments across the property, and managing lighting transitions throughout the day and evening.
Capturing the beachfront property across a full 24-hour cycle meant working through dramatically different lighting conditions: from harsh midday sun on the beach to the warm glow of the restaurant at dinner service to the dramatic nighttime pool and exterior shots.
Coordinating across 8+ distinct environments (guest rooms, penthouse suite, restaurant, lobby, amenities, pool deck, beach, and building exteriors) required military-level scheduling to hit optimal conditions for each space.


















Created a structured production schedule around hotel operations and natural lighting windows, mapping optimal times for each space from beachfront to penthouse. Coordinated with hotel management to secure access windows that minimized guest disruption while maximizing visual quality.
Systematic coverage of every guest touchpoint: rooms, suites, penthouse, lobby, restaurant, amenities, and common areas with consistent visual storytelling. Each space was approached as part of the cohesive guest journey, ensuring tonal and stylistic consistency across the entire library.
