Sollis Health required a comprehensive visual media library to support marketing and brand positioning across multiple locations. Their concierge urgent care model emphasizes premium service, comfort, discretion, and efficiency, qualities that needed to be communicated visually across both still imagery and video content.
The Coral Gables location served as the initial project, followed by expanded production at the Boca Raton clinic after successful delivery of the first phase. The brief called for a single, cohesive visual language across both environments: editorial-grade architectural photography, lifestyle scenes between clinicians and patients, polished staff portraits, and multi-camera interview video, all tied together by a consistent, hospitality-driven tone.
Every image and frame needed to position Sollis as the antithesis of conventional healthcare environments: closer in feeling to a private members' club or boutique hotel than a typical urgent care clinic.


Producing a full suite of visual assets within active medical environments required careful coordination and discretion. Clinics remained operational throughout the shoot, requiring the team to adapt to live patient flow, pause shooting when necessary, and maintain a respectful, unobtrusive presence at every step of the production day.
Additional logistical complexity included coordinating multiple clinicians, scheduling lifestyle scenes with patient models, managing professional headshots for the full clinical staff, and capturing multi-camera video interviews, all within a limited single-day production window at each location.
Maintaining absolute consistency across the Coral Gables and Boca Raton libraries (so the two clinics read as one cohesive brand rather than two separate facilities) demanded careful pre-production planning around lighting, framing, color, and styling.











Each clinic was approached as a complete brand environment rather than a simple facility shoot. Coordinated production schedules around live clinical operations, patient flow, and staff availability: pre-casting patient models, sequencing lifestyle scenes, and mapping clinician interview slots to the full day timeline at each location.
Captured architectural and editorial-grade interiors of every patient-facing space, lifestyle scenes featuring clinicians interacting with patients, and a full set of polished staff portraits and provider headshots, all maintained within a consistent visual language across both Coral Gables and Boca Raton.
Implemented a multi-camera interview setup for the full clinician roster to ensure professional-quality messaging while minimizing retakes and production delays. Captured a cinematic walkthrough of each clinic plus supplemental B-roll, with the complete photo and video library finalized and delivered within approximately 7 business days.
